Free shipping
PlowPlus offers free shipping on all orders delivered within the contiguous United States (lower 48 states). We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, P.O. boxes or international addresses. If you need delivery outside the lower 48, please contact us before ordering.
Processing and delivery times
- Orders are processed after payment is confirmed.
- Estimated delivery time is 7–21 business days from order confirmation, depending on the item and your location.
- Large machines ship by freight. The carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery window, so please provide a phone number you can be reached at.
- Parts and accessories usually ship by standard parcel carrier and you will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.
Receiving your delivery
Please inspect your shipment when it arrives. If the packaging or item is visibly damaged, note the damage on the delivery receipt before signing, take photos, and contact us right away so we can help resolve the issue with the carrier.
Delays
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Weather, carrier capacity, holidays and stock availability can occasionally cause delays. We will keep you informed if your order is delayed.
